Bitcoin is the digital currency that is causing a revolution in the world, and some of the celebrities have invested on this cryptocurrency.

Some famous people who invested in Bitcoin are happier than usual because the cryptocurrency has been constantly increasing its value over the last years. Here are the stories of these some celebrities...

The rapper 50 cent

Rap singer Curtis Jackson, also known as 50 cent has about $7.8 million in Bitcoins. He realized that fact by accident.

50 cent did not remind having these Bitcoins stored since 2014 when he received a payment for his album called "Animal Ambition".

It's incredible the coincidence of the name of the album, "animal ambition" with the fact that he had a small fortune in hand due to the significant increasing value of the Bitcoin in a short period of time.

This story was reported by the gossip magazine TMZ that says that the rapper has a debt of 50 million dollars and declared bankruptcy in 2015. Now this Bitcoin stuff can help him out.

Not bad for a bankrupt artist to discover that he has almost $8 million from an old negotiation. At the time (2014) he accepted to receive the payment of 700 Bitcoins for his album.

In 2014 that amount of Bitcoin was equivalent to 400,000 dollars and luckily he kept the Bitcoins correctly stored in an account.

Ashton Kutcher 

Actor Ashton Kutcher is famous for the comedy series such as 'That 70s Show' and 'Two And a Half Man'. He was also appears in the gossip news for being married to Demi Moore.

Kutcher has gained business experience with the A-Grade investments of which he is a partner and co-founder.

The company invested in the BitPay, which allows Bitcoin to process payments.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States, BitPay was created for business with Bitcoin in 2011.

In 2014 BitPay partnered with major companies such as Microsoft, NewEgg, TigerDirect, Warner Bros Records and PayPal.

Gwynet Paltrow

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is well known for the Iron Man movie where she plays Pepper Potts, Tony Stark's assistant and girlfriend.

She became involved with Bitcoin in a Reality Show called Planet of the Apps when she was chosen by an entrepreneur to be advisor to the Abra company that developed a mobile app for the use of digital wallets for cryptocoins.

Mel B

Singer Melanie Brown, better known as Mel B, has announced that she will be the first artist to officially accept the Bitcoin cryptocurrency as payments for her job.

The former Spicy girl has stated that Bitcoin is being used by fans and she likes the idea.

Mel B partnered with Cloud Hashing to make work with Bitcoin possible.
